Biography of Tulisa Contostavlos
Tulisa Contostavlos is an English actress, singer, and songwriter. She was born in Camden Town, North London, to Irish mother Anne Byrne and Greek-Cypriot father Steve Contostavlos.

Early Life
When Tulisa was five years old, her mother, who suffered from bipolar disorder and schizoaffective disorder, was admitted to a mental health institution. Her father left the family when she was 14 years old. As a teenager, Tulisa faced many difficulties, including anorexia, mental health issues, financial struggles, bullying, and addiction to alcohol and drugs. Her excessive emotional sensitivity was her biggest challenge, and she made two suicide attempts.

Musical Career
Tulisa's music career began in 2000 when Dappy Contostavlos and Fazer, members of the group called 'Lickle Rinsers Crew', decided to add a female vocalist to the group. They approached Tulisa, and together they started performing in the Camden area. The group changed its name to 'N-Dubz', and Tulisa recorded her solo song 'Comfortable' for their second album. The group released two singles, 'Bad Man Riddim' and 'Life Is Getting Sicker by the Day', under the name 'Lickle Rinsers Crew', which became hits on pirate radio stations. Their first music video, 'Everyday Of My Life', was released in 2005 and gained popularity on Channel U. In 2007, 'Feva Las Vegas' reached number 57 on the UK charts, marking their first significant success. In May 2008, the music video for their song 'Ouch' attracted attention from Internet users, with four million views on YouTube in one month. On August 6, 2008, the group signed a contract with 'All Around The World Records', a label specializing in dance music but also supporting hip-hop groups. Their debut album, 'Uncle B', was released on November 17, 2008. One of the album's successful songs, 'Strong Again', spent five weeks on the UK singles chart, reaching number 24. Following the success of their debut album, the group went on tour. Tulisa continues to perform as part of 'N-Dubz' and has released three albums with the group.

Other Ventures
In addition to her music career, Tulisa has made appearances as an actress. She played the role of drug addict Laurissa in the television series 'Dubplate Drama'. She is also set to make her big-screen debut in the slasher film 'Demons Never Die'. Furthermore, Tulisa was a judge on the eighth season of the popular show 'The X Factor', mentoring the 'Groups' category. In 2011, she began working on her solo album, which was scheduled for release on September 17, 2012. A promotional video for the album's first single was released in March. Tulisa has also been recognized for her physical attractiveness, ranking 15th and 1st on the lists of the world's sexiest women in May 2010 and May 2012, respectively.
