Early Life and Education

The architect was born on October 1, 1944, in Tbilisi, Georgia. In 1969, he graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Georgian Polytechnic Institute.

Professional Career

In 1982, the architect became a member of the Russian Union of Architects. From 1971 to 1981, he served as a lecturer at the Samara State Architectural and Civil Engineering University.

Between 1972 and 1975, he pursued his postgraduate studies at the Moscow Architectural Institute (MArHI). In 1978, he received the 3rd prize in the All-Union Competition for Public Centers in Small Cities.

From 1981 to 1983, he held the position of Chief Architect at the Privolzhsk Architectural and Planning Workshop "Kurortproekt" in Samara.

In 1996, he became the Director of the Samara branch of the institute "Privolzhskkurortproekt".

Projects and Notable Works

1996: Redevelopment of the city center of Oktyabrsk, including the design of a chapel in memory of those who fell in the Great Patriotic War.

1997: Design of interiors for the conference hall and offices of the Samara Oblast Administration.

1997: Audi Technical Center and Car Store on Aerdromnaya Street, Samara.

1998: Residential Building at the corner of Gorky and Venzeka Streets, Samara.

1999: Zhemchuzhina Café on Gorky Street, Samara.

2001: Sushi Bar and Restaurant with Banquet Hall at the Zvezda Entertainment Complex.
