Early Life and Education

Born in Stanyslaviv (now Ivano-Frankivsk), Ukraine, the individual in question embarked on a path of higher education in 1956. Enrolling in the Forestry Engineering Faculty of the Lviv Forestry Institute, they graduated in 1961 as an "Engineer-Technologist."

Continuing their studies, they pursued their interest in industrial electronics at the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute from 1963 to 1967, earning the additional qualification of "Engineer of Electronic Technology" while working simultaneously.

Career in Forestry and Production

Joining the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU), the individual worked in various roles at the Prikarpatsky Furniture Combine in Stanyslaviv, starting as a shift supervisor and rising through the ranks to become the chief engineer of the production and technical department.

In 1973, they moved to the production and forestry association "Prikarpatles," where they held positions as head of the production and technical department, deputy general director, and chief engineer. In November 1988, they became the director of the Ivano-Frankivsk Furniture Factory named after Bohdan Khmelnytsky.

Academic Achievements and Political Career

In 1990, the individual defended their doctoral dissertation titled "Efficiency of Development of the Forest Industry Complex in the Context of Intensification." They went on to serve as the first deputy chairman of the executive committee of the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast Council of People's Deputies from April to October 1990.

Elected as the chairman of the executive committee on October 17, 1990, they held the position until January 1991. Subsequently, they returned to their previous role as first deputy chairman until March 1992.

From March 1992 to February 1995, they served as the representative of the President of Ukraine in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.

Post-Political Career and Business Endeavors

Following their tenure in public office, the individual worked as a scientific consultant for the Ivano-Frankivsk branch of the company "Dniester" from May 1995 to September 1997. They then became the general director of the regional subsidiary "Ivano-Frankivskturist" from September 1997.

In 2002, they became the chairman of the board of the closed joint-stock company "Ivano-Frankivskturist," a position they held until June 2004.

Retirement and Honors

Having entered retirement, the individual has received numerous awards in recognition of their contributions, including the Order of Friendship of Peoples (1981), the Order of the Red Banner of Labor (1986), and the title of Honorary Worker of Tourism of Ukraine (2003).
