Victor Rasuk is an American film and television actor. Born in New York City, New York, Victor grew up in a Dominican family. His father worked in an automobile shop, while his mother was a seamstress. Victor has a brother named Sylvester, and the two have worked together in the film "Raising Victor Vargas".

Victor developed an interest in performing arts at a young age and made his acting debut at the age of 14. He received his first significant film role in the short film "Five Feet High and Rising" in 2000. The film gained recognition at the Independent Spirit Film Festival. Victor's breakthrough came when the short film was expanded into a feature film titled "Raising Victor Vargas", for which he won the Independent Spirit Award.

Despite his early success, Victor remained grounded and focused on his craft. He understood the journey his character went through, as he himself had explored his identity and sexuality at a young age.
