Early Life and Education

Born: August 4, 1968

Born in Brest, Belarus, the Belarusian jurist received a comprehensive legal education. He graduated with honors from the Military Law Faculty of the Red Banner Military Institute of the USSR Ministry of Defense (VKMIO) in Moscow in 1991, earning a degree in Jurisprudence with the qualification of "jurist."

PhD in Law

In 2003, he obtained a PhD in Law, specializing in Criminal Law and Criminology. His doctoral dissertation focused on "The Subject of Military Crime in the Criminal Legislation of the Republic of Belarus." In 2010, he became an associate professor in Law.

Career in the Military and Academia

Prosecutorial Service (1991-2010)

The jurist served in various prosecutorial roles in the military prosecutor's office in Brest.

Teaching and Professorship (1998-Present)

Since 1998, he has been actively involved in teaching at higher education institutions and institutes for professional development. He has taught courses in Criminal Law, Offenses Against the Interests of Service, Criminal Qualification, Court System, Criminal Procedure, and Prosecutorial Supervision.
