Born in Belarus in 1954, the renowned tenor opera singer began his musical journey in 1982 by graduating from the Odessa State Conservatory as a baritone. His distinguished career commenced with stints as a soloist at the M. P. Mussorgsky Opera and Ballet Theatre (1982-1987) and the "Saint Petersburg Opera" (1988-1994).
