Childhood and Education
Aidos Mukhatayev was born on September 4, 1983, in the village of Akchatay, Kazakhstan. His father was a mining engineer, which influenced his future career path. In 2001, Mukhatayev enrolled at the Karaganda State Technical University, specializing in "Underground Mining of Minerals," graduating in 2005.
Business Career
Mukhatayev began his professional journey in 2004 as the Director of the company "Gor Auto Snab," the predecessor to Eurasia Copper. He constructed one of Kazakhstan's first copper production plants using a hydrometallurgical method, which minimized environmental emissions.
Currently, Mukhatayev serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Eurasia Copper PLC. He has also been an active member in various organizations, including the Federation of Athletics of the Karaganda Region and the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) Kazakhstan.
Sports and Recreation
Mukhatayev leads an active lifestyle, particularly in triathlon. He built and donated a 5-kilometer Triathlon Park to the city of Karaganda, promoting cycling, running, and walking activities through the planting of over 1,700 trees.
Philanthropy
Recognizing the importance of education, Mukhatayev supports the educational project IQanat. Additionally, he established the charitable foundation "Comfortable Life," which provides assistance to orphanages, low-income families, and families with multiple children.

Mukhatayev has authored two scientific publications: "The Contribution of Entrepreneurs to the Development of Kazakhstan within the 'Kazakhstan - 2050' Strategy" and "Becoming a Center of Technological Expertise."
