Early Life and Education
Al Madrigal was raised in San Francisco's Sunset District to a Mexican father and Sicilian mother. He attended the private Roman Catholic Saint Ignatius College Preparatory before pursuing his education at the University of San Francisco.
Comedy Career
Madrigal has primarily focused on comedy throughout his career. He began performing in clubs in 1998 and gained recognition with his performance at the Montreal Comedy Festival in 2002.
Television Success
In 2009, Madrigal began collaborating with Fox Broadcasting Company and appeared in several television series. He made his debut on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien and later appeared on Conan in 2011.
