Brazilian Footballer Alberto Tiago

Early Career

Alberto Tiago, a Brazilian footballer, began his professional career playing for various clubs in his home country, including Guarani (Campinas), Paraná, Remo, and Cabofriense. He later moved to the Netherlands to join Feyenoord's reserve team before returning to Brazil to play for Bragantino, scoring 2 goals in 3 appearances.

Moldavian Adventure

In October 2006, Tiago made the move to Moldova, signing a five-year contract with Sheriff Tiraspol. He made his league debut on October 14, 2006, as a substitute in a match against Iskra-Stal. During his tenure with Sheriff, Tiago helped the team win two Moldavian National Division titles, a Moldovan Cup, and a Moldovan Super Cup.

Time in Bucharest

In June 2008, Tiago transferred to Romania's FC Dinamo București on a "3+2" contract, earning an annual salary of $120,000. Dinamo reportedly paid Sheriff 450,000 euros for Tiago's services. However, his time in Bucharest was short-lived, as he only played six matches for the club.
