Alevtina Konstantinova is a Russian actress known for her work in the theater and film industry. She was born in Orel, Russia, and grew up under the care of her grandmother and aunt after her parents died during the war. They lived in a small one-room house, where her aunt would occupy the bed, and Alevtina and her grandmother would sleep on the floor or arrange chairs to make a makeshift bed.

In 1954, Alevtina enrolled in the State Institute of Theatrical Arts (GITIS, now known as RATI). She graduated in 1958 and has been working at the Moscow Drama Theater named after K. S. Stanislavsky ever since. Throughout her career, she has performed in various theatrical productions, including "The Little Prince" as the snake, "Such Love" as Lida Matisova, "The Seagull" as Nina Zarechnaya, "The Deck" as Alla, "Crazy Against Their Will" as Signora Sirella, "The Bourgeois Gentleman" as Madame Jourdain, "Robin Hood" as Clotilde, and many more.

In 1961, Alevtina married the "sex symbol" of that time, Vladimir Korenev, who played the lead role in the film "The Amphibian Man." They have a daughter named Irina, who is also an actress at the Stanislavsky Theater. Currently, Alevtina is enjoying her role as a grandmother and takes joy in raising her grandson, Egor.

In addition to her theater work, Alevtina has also appeared in several films in the late 1950s and early 1960s. She played the lead role of Tanya in the drama "The Sailor Came Ashore" by Grigory Aronov and Lev Danilov, had roles in the film adaptation of Mikhail Ershov's "After the Wedding," and appeared in Ivan Pyryev's melodrama "The Light of a Distant Star."
