Alexander Berardi - Biography
Alexander Berardi, an American fashion designer, has captured the hearts of influential young socialites such as Bee Shaffer, the daughter of Anna Wintour, who is synonymous with Vogue, and Ally Hilfiger, the daughter of designer Tommy Hilfiger. Born and raised in Hurley, New York, Berardi is just over 20 years old. He studied at the Parsons School of Design and is rumored to have close ties to the Upper East Side.

Many aspects of Berardi's life, including his personal style and his childhood home, which dates back to the 18th century, are rooted in timeless classics that serve as inspiration for his future design collections. While attending Parsons, Berardi interned with Kenneth Cole and eventually decided to take a chance and start his own company before completing his studies. He began sketching and eventually came up with a dress that he believed was worth bringing to life.
Berardi searched high and low on 38th Street, the heart of the New York City fashion district, to find a pattern maker willing to collaborate with a new and unknown designer. After a lengthy search, he finally found someone, and thus the fashion brand 'House of Berardi' was born. Its first official showcase took place during the New York Fashion Week's Spring Collections show in 2010 at the Altman Building.
Collaborating with Kenneth Cole provided Berardi with valuable knowledge not only about the fashion industry but also about how to launch a long-lasting and incredibly successful business while staying true to oneself. 'House of Berardi' strives to follow this philosophy today and always.
It is worth noting that Alexander Berardi is not related to the Italian designer Antonio Berardi; they simply share the same last name.
