Early Life and Education
Alexander Ksenofontov was born on April 14, 1968, in Lviv, Ukraine. He pursued a degree in Physics at Lviv University while supplementing his income by singing in the choir of the Lviv Opera Theater.
Musical Journey
In 1989, Ksenofontov became the frontman and vocalist of the Lviv art-rock band "Club Shanuvanykiv Chayu" (Tea Fan Club, or TFC). The band participated in festivals such as "Intershans" and "Chervona Ruta-91." After the group disbanded, it was revived in 2009 with the release of the song "Give Me A Scream."
Business Ventures
Beyond music, Ksenofontov owns and directs the advertising and production agency "Lyuxen" in Lviv, as well as the television and radio company "Interzapad."
Marriage and Honors
On December 28, 1995, Ksenofontov married Ukrainian singer Ruslana. Together, they collaborated on Ruslana's music and lyrics. In recognition of Ruslana's victory at the Eurovision Song Contest, Ksenofontov was awarded the title of Honored Artist of Ukraine.
