Ali Campbell is a British musician and the lead singer of the British reggae band "UB40". He is also a British singer-songwriter, former vocalist, and founder of the reggae band UB40, and had a solo career from 2008 to 2014. Campbell is a member of the group UB40 featuring Ali Campbell & Astro. He is the brother of UB40 guitarist Robin Campbell and the current frontman Duncan Campbell. He is the son of the renowned British folk singer Ian Campbell (Ian Campbell Folk Group) and the nephew of folk singer Lorna Campbell.
Career in UB40
Ali Campbell was a member of UB40 for 30 years, from 1978 to 2008. During his time with the band, they achieved great success and became one of the most influential reggae bands in the world.
Solo Career
