Early Life and EducationBorn on March 25, 1965, the Kazakhstani statesman and diplomat began his academic journey at the Kazakh State University, graduating in 1991. He subsequently embarked on a teaching career at the same institution.
Diplomatic Career
1992-1994: Second Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign AffairsHis diplomatic career commenced in 1992, when he was appointed Second Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1994-1996: Diplomatic Service in Germany
In 1994, he was posted to the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Germany, where he served as Third Secretary and later Second Secretary.
1996-1997: Head of Sector at the Presidential Administration
Returning to Kazakhstan in 1996, he held the position of Head of Sector at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for approximately a year.
1997-1999: First Secretary at the Embassy in Austria
In 1997, he was appointed First Secretary at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Austrian Republic.
1999-2001: Chief of the International Treaties Department
Upon his return to Kazakhstan in 1999, he assumed the role of Chief of the International Treaties Department within the Treaty and Legal Management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
