Anastasia Soare was born in Constanta, Romania, to Dumitru Balamach and Victoria Babou, a dressmaker. Soare studied art history and architecture in her home country before relocating to Los Angeles to pursue a different path.

In Los Angeles, Soare began working as an aesthetician in a salon. It wasn't long before she discovered a gap in the industry—eyebrow shaping.
"I developed my own technique of shaping brows based on the bone structure of the face and the natural brow shape," she explained.
With her newfound expertise, Soare rented a room in a Beverly Hills salon, offering facials, body waxing, and brow sculpting. By 1997, she had her own salon on Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills, where she attracted a celebrity clientele that included Cindy Crawford and Naomi Campbell, among others.
