Biography of Anastasia Vedenskaya

Anastasia Vedenskaya was born on October 14, 1984, in Moscow, Russia. Her mother worked as a makeup artist at the famous Mosfilm studio, which exposed Anastasia to the world of cinema from a young age. She had the opportunity to meet many renowned actors, including the cast of the trilogy "Vivat, Gardemariny!" and even developed a childhood crush on Sergey Zhigunov.

Despite being frequently invited to participate in films, Anastasia's mother refused, wanting to protect her from the early exposure to the film industry. Eventually, Anastasia and her mother moved to Balashikha, where her stepfather, who was the director of a gas company, provided them with a comfortable life. By the time Anastasia enrolled in the Shchukin Theatre School, she even had a personal driver.

Meeting Vladimir Epifantsev

It was during her time at the Shchukin Theatre School that Anastasia's life took a significant turn. At an audition for a future play, she caught the attention of Vladimir Epifantsev, a well-known actor and director known for his provocative videos and trashy television programs. Despite their age difference of 13 years and Epifantsev's modest financial circumstances, Anastasia was initially hesitant about his advances.

However, Epifantsev, who came from a famous family in the film industry, managed to convince Anastasia to appear in his attention-grabbing music video. Three months later, to the dismay of her parents, Anastasia married Epifantsev. Before the wedding, Anastasia openly asked her future husband about his ability to provide for her and their future children. Epifantsev's response was that those who couldn't earn a living had no business having children.

Family and Career

In 2005, Anastasia and Vladimir welcomed their first son, Gordy. Three years later, their second son, named Orpheus, was born. Epifantsev proved to be a caring husband and father, ensuring the well-being of his loved ones and dedicating his free time to them. Anastasia briefly put her studies on hold after the birth of her first son but eventually graduated from the Shchukin Theatre School in 2006.

Anastasia made her screen debut in Epifantsev's short film "The Path of Angelo" in 2007. Her breakthrough role came in 2010 when she starred as the lead actress in Nikolai Khomeriki's film "A Night That Lasted a Lifetime," with Vladimir as her co-star. The film received the Grand Prix at the 7th International Festival "Radiant Angel" and the Audience Choice Award at the "Amur Autumn" festival. Anastasia was also honored with the V. Galkin Award for her acting skills.

Since then, Anastasia has appeared in various TV series such as "Poor Relatives," "Kremen," "Living On," and "Fatal Inheritance," receiving praise from audiences for her beauty and convincing performances. Currently, she is participating in the filming of the series "Fighters-2," where she portrays a military pilot. Her future plans include playing the role of Darya in the adaptation of "Quiet Flows the Don," set to be released in 2015.

Apart from her on-screen endeavors, Anastasia also devotes a considerable amount of time to her children. They are both involved in swimming and gymnastics, with Gordy also learning Spanish and attending an art school where he has developed a passion for fashion design. Anastasia and Vladimir are not frequent attendees of social events, but they enjoy traveling with their children, taking them to ice-skating rinks and movie theaters.
