Andrea Nott is an outstanding American athlete and talented swimmer, specializing in synchronized swimming. She competes both in team events and duets. Currently, she is participating in the Summer Olympic Games held in the capital of China, Beijing.

Early Life and Education

Andrea Nott was born on April 15, 1982, in San Jose, California. She started swimming in her childhood and later fully focused on synchronized performances. She initially enrolled at De Anza College, located near her home in California. However, she only attended one semester as most of her time was dedicated to training. Andrea decided to focus on one thing at a time, so she plans to continue her education at college later.

Career and Olympic Experience

Andrea Nott aims to become a healthcare professional, just like her mother, who is a senior nurse at the elementary school where Andrea once studied. The field of medicine and health is particularly relevant to Andrea. When she was eleven years old, she went on a hiking trip with her class to Yosemite National Park. However, she felt shortness of breath halfway through the journey. After being rushed to the hospital, she was diagnosed with an asthma attack. Since then, Andrea set a goal for herself - to fight the disease and ultimately overcome it. She completely changed her lifestyle, never missing a day of sports, and greatly improved her health. She started training regularly and soon achieved great success.

In 2004, Andrea Nott was selected as a reserve for the synchronized swimming team representing the United States at the Olympic Games in Athens. Currently, the Olympic Games are not just another competition for her, but also an opportunity to finally demonstrate her full potential. Andrea has immense capabilities, thanks to her previous Olympic experience and intense training under renowned coaches. She also pays special attention to mental preparation.
