Early Life and Career
Volodymyr Hryhorikis a Ukrainian professional footballer who currently plays as a defender for FC Hirnyk-Sportin the Ukrainian First League. Born and raised in Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine, Hryhorik began his footballing journey in the city's renowned youth academy system.
In 2001, he joined FC Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih's youth academy, where he spent four years honing his skills. In 2005, he was promoted to the club's reserve team.
Professional Debut
Hryhorik made his professional debut on April 26, 2005, in a Ukrainian Premier League match against FC Obolon Kyiv, where Kryvbassuffered a 0-1 defeat. For the next three years, he remained a fixture in the reserve team, gaining valuable experience.
Move to FC Illichivets Mariupol
In 2008, Hryhorik moved to FC Illichivets Mariupoland made his debut for the club against FC Arsenal Kyivon April 17, 2009. He played for Illichivets for two seasons, making a total of 22 appearances.
Club Departure
In June 2010, it was announced that Hryhorik had left FC Illichivets Mariupol. The reasons for his departure were not publicly disclosed.
International Career
Hryhorik represented Ukraine at the international level, playing for both the Ukraine U-19 and U-21 youth teams. He earned several caps for each team, showcasing his defensive prowess on the international stage.
