Early Life and CareerAndy Stefanovich, born in 1966, graduated from Miami University in Ohio. After working in the sales department of The Ritz-Carlton, he founded Opus Event Marketing in 1990. Initially focused on event planning, it evolved into a marketing firm specializing in product development, branding, and positioning for clients such as Colgate-Palmolive, American Express, and The Walt Disney Company.

Play and Prophet
In 1999, Opus Event Marketing rebranded as Play, with Stefanovich serving as founder emeritus. In 2009, Prophet acquired Play, appointing Stefanovich as a senior partner. As part of the acquisition, Play's Richmond office became part of Prophet's network.
Consulting and Speaking Career
As Chief Curator and Provocateur at Prophet, Stefanovich regularly delivers speeches to major corporations such as Coca-Cola, Disney, General Electric, and Procter & Gamble. He is a frequent guest on CNBC, discussing innovation and disruptive ideas. Additionally, he is a contributing editor to Fast Company.
Academia and Authorship
Stefanovich serves as a visiting professor and guest lecturer at institutions like Yale University, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Duke University, and Dartmouth College.
