Biography of Anna Vince

British Designer

Anna Vince discovered her love for craftsmanship and leather goods while studying shoemaking at the prestigious Cordwainer's College in London. She later honed her skills and obtained a degree in textile industry from Ravensbourne College, where she learned the secrets of creating high-quality fashion items. With her acquired knowledge, Vince developed a modern trim and unique aesthetic, establishing herself as a sought-after designer whose works have been recognized with numerous awards.

Collection of the Year Winner

In 2001, Vince won the "Collection of the Year" category at the International Fashion Assembly 2001. Shortly after, she received a grant of £5000 from Elle magazine, which she used to launch her own label, 'Anna Vince'. She produced her clothing in a small workshop in Greenwich. In February 2005, after showcasing her debut accessories collection at the London Fashion Week on the on/off schedule, Anna received an order from 'Browns Focus' label and the clothing brand 'Whistles'.

Freelance Designer and Consultant

In addition to her own creations, Vince utilizes her talents as a freelance designer and consultant for clients such as Marks & Spencer, Karen Millen, and Robert Cary Williams. She has also authored two successful and sold-out "capsule" collections for the British retailer Topshop. Anna Vince skillfully blends fashion heritage with contemporary innovations, resulting in unique accessories that effortlessly bridge the gap between fashion and tradition.
