Anvar Sanayev was born on November 16, 1968, in Pakhtachi District, Samarkand Region. He moved to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, at a young age. Sanayev pursued his passion for music by attending the Hamza Musical School in Tashkent. He continued his artistic education at the Abdulla Kadiri State Institute of Culture in Tashkent.

Sanayev received musical guidance from Uzbek composer Umarjon Sanayev and renowned singer Muhardimkholi Kholikov. Under Kholikov's mentorship, Sanayev began his creative journey. He later collaborated with the Bonu Cultural Center and embarked on a solo career.
