Arman Kairatovich Yevniyev: A Leader in Kazakhstan's Agricultural Sector
Arman Kairatovich Yevniyev, born on June 21, 1968, in the North Kazakhstan region, has dedicated his career to the advancement of agriculture in Kazakhstan.
Education and Early Career
Yevniyev received a degree in agronomy from the Omsk Agricultural Institute and a degree in law from the Karaganda Institute of Actual Education. He also graduated from the Academy of State Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in public administration.
Beginning his career in 1990, Yevniyev worked as an agronomist and chief agronomist at state farms in the North Kazakhstan region.
Public Service
From 1994 to 1999, Yevniyev served as the director of several state and private farms. In 1999, he became the deputy head of the Akkaiyn District, overseeing agricultural development.
In 2000, Yevniyev entered the Academy of State Service, where he studied until 2001. Subsequently, he held roles in the Kazakh Parliament, advising and managing sectors related to economic reform and regional development.
Ministry of Agriculture
Yevniyev's extensive experience in agriculture led him to the Ministry of Agriculture, where he served in various positions. In 2002, he became the Director of the Department of Agriculture, and in 2005, he was appointed Vice Minister of Agriculture.
Agricultural Organizations
In addition to his government roles, Yevniyev has played an active role in agricultural organizations. He served as the President of the Union of Farmers of Kazakhstan from 2006 to 2008. He also held leadership positions in the South Agricultural Industrial Corporation and the National Agro-Industrial Chamber of Kazakhstan.
Family
Yevniyev is married to Nursulu Sultanbekovna Yevnieva, and they have three daughters: Nasikhat, Zhanike, and Tomiris.
