In 2018, Nadeem participated in the Asian Games in Jakarta, where he claimed the bronze medal with a throw of 76.05 meters. Later that year, he competed at the Commonwealth Games, finishing eighth with a distance of 80.75 meters.

World Championship Debut and Olympic Qualification

At the 2019 World Championships in Doha, Nadeem set a new national record with a throw of 81.52 meters, but failed to qualify for the final. At the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, he secured a fifth-place finish with a distance of 84.62 meters.
