Biography of Arthur Kirilenko
Arthur Kirilenko, the future CEO of "Stroymontazh" and one of the most influential figures in the construction market in St. Petersburg, graduated from the St. Petersburg State Architectural and Construction Institute in 2000, majoring in economics and management in the construction industry. Despite being a mature adult, Kirilenko had no knowledge of pouring foundations. However, life forced him to learn this "wisdom": by the end of the 1990s, the company he co-founded with Sergey Polonsky began implementing full-cycle construction projects. Many years later, Polonsky, the co-owner of "Stroymontazh," moved to Moscow, taking the company's business in the capital city during the division. Kirilenko, on the other hand, remained in St. Petersburg and even managed to break into the European market. He was one of the first Russian developers to enter the construction market of Western Europe. Currently, his St. Petersburg-based company's subsidiary is carrying out several construction projects in Paris and plans to become one of the top ten leading developers in the country.
