Early Life and Education

On September 21, 1970, the future business magnate was born in the city of Akhaltsikhe, Georgia. After completing his secondary studies, he enrolled at the Rostov Institute of National Economics (RINH) and graduated in 1991 with a degree in "Accounting and Analysis of Economic Activities."

Career in Business

From 1991 to 1992, he worked as a Senior State Tax Inspector in the Tax Authority of Proletarsky District, Rostov-on-Don. In 1992, he founded and became the General Director of OOO "Production and Commercial Firm "Rus"" (wholesale trade in petroleum products). From 2002 to 2007, he held the position of General Director at OOO "Sokol." Subsequently, he served as Director of OOO "Partner" from 2007, specializing in the hospitality industry.

Political and Social Activities

On November 19, 2005, he was elected Chairman of the Board of "Nakhichevan-on-Don Armenian Community." He has since taken an active role in supporting Armenian churches in the Rostov Oblast as Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

In December 2011, he was elected to the Legislative Assembly of the Rostov Oblast as part of the United Russia political party. Within the legislative body, he has focused on economic development and public welfare.
