From 1769 to 1779, Henriquez resided in Saint Petersburg, Russia, where he served as Professor of Engraving at the Imperial Academy of Arts. During his tenure, he tutored engravers such as Skorodumov and Stepan Faddeevich Ivanov, both of whom went on to achieve recognition in Paris after completing their studies.
Contribution to Engraving
As noted in the "Brockhaus and Efron Encyclopedic Dictionary" published in the early 20th century, Henriquez made significant contributions to the field of engraving.
Notable Works
