Early Life and Education
Beren Saat was born in Ankara, Turkey, on February 26, 1984. Her father, Hüseyin, was a footballer, and her mother, Ayla, was a teacher. She has an older brother named Cem (born 1979). Beren attended the TED Ankara College for her primary and secondary education. She then pursued a degree in Management at Bilkent University in Ankara.

Acting Career

Beren has had a few significant relationships. Her first love, Efe, tragically passed away in a car accident in 2004. She was then in a civil partnership with actor Bülent İnal from 2007 to 2009. Beren dated director Levent Semerci for two years, but they broke up during the filming of "What's Fatmagül's Fault?" Rumors of a romance with her co-star Engin Akyürek never materialized.
On July 29, 2014, Beren married Turkish singer Kenan Doğulu in Los Angeles.
