In 1963, Saul joined the company founded by his grandfather, B.F. Saul Real Estate Investment Trust (Saul Centers). Six years later, he became president of the company, which has grown to become one of the largest investment firms in the Washington, D.C. area.
Business Success
Saul Centers currently manages a diverse portfolio of residential, industrial, office, hospitality, and other real estate properties, primarily in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions. The company has been highly profitable, with $1.04 billion in revenue in 2004.
