Biography of Bijan
Bijan Pakzad was an Iranian-American designer of men's clothing and perfumes. He was born in Tehran, Iran and later moved to Los Angeles in 1973. In 1976, he established an elite boutique in Beverly Hills, which quickly gained a reputation as the most expensive store in the world. Despite his success abroad, Pakzad never lost the right to visit Iran.

Passion for Cars and Unique Creations
One of Bijan's main hobbies was collecting rare and luxurious cars. He owned several unique models, including two Bentley Azure cars - one yellow with a black interior and the other black with a yellow interior. In the late 1980s, Bijan designed a distinct golden Colt revolver. The handle was made of leather, and the cylinder was adorned with 56 grams of 24-karat gold. Only 200 of these revolvers were made, and one was sold at a Christie's auction in 2005 for over $50,000.
Legacy and Recognition
On April 14, 2011, Bijan suffered a stroke and was immediately taken to the nearest medical center. Despite undergoing brain surgery, he passed away on April 16, 2011. Bijan's designs are favored by influential individuals such as Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tom Cruise, Anthony Hopkins, and many others. His perfumes are also well-known for their unique round bottles with open centers and clever dividing walls. One of these bottles is even exhibited at the Smithsonian Institution.
Family and Personal Life
Bijan had three children - daughters Daniela and Alexandra, and son Nicolas Bijan. He was married twice, and his second wife was Tracy Murdock, an Irish-Japanese model and interior designer. Alexandra is currently studying law and works as a model, while Nicolas is involved in one of his father's business ventures while pursuing his college education. Nicolas was honored as the "Citizen of the Year" by The Malibu Times in 2009.
