Early Career

Javier García is a Spanish racing driver who began his career in karting in 1993. He remained in karting until 1999 before transitioning to the Spanish Formula Toyota series in 2000, where he won the championship.

Move Up the Ladder

In 2001, García joined the Campos team in the World Series by Nissan, which also competed in the GP2 Series. He remained in the Nissan series in 2002, driving for Team Esuela Lois and Venturini, and also competed in part of the Spanish Formula 3 season with the GTA team.

Spanish Formula 3 Champion

García's first full season in Spanish Formula 3 was in 2003 with the same team. In 2004, he moved to Racing Engineering and won the championship title, allowing him to move up to the GP2 Series in 2005 with the same team, partnering with Neel Jani.

International Success

In 2006, García competed in the World Series by Renault with the RC Motorsport team, finishing the season second behind Alexander Danielsson. He returned to GP2 in 2007 with Durango but returned to the World Series by Renault in 2008.

Atlantic Championship

In 2009, García made the switch to the Atlantic Championship, where he currently sits sixth in the championship standings.
