Born in the picturesque town of Venaria Reale, Bruno Garzena embarked on his footballing journey with the esteemed Juventus youth academy.

Juventus and National Debut

Garzena made his professional debut for Juventus in the Italian Serie A, notching up a single appearance before embarking on a loan spell at Serie B outfit Alessandria. Upon his return to Juventus, he played a pivotal role in the team's success, helping them secure two "Scudetto" (Italian league) titles and two Coppa Italia (Italian Cup) triumphs. Notably, Garzena earned his sole international cap for Italy in 1958 against Austria.

Loan to Vicenza and Return to Juventus

In 1960, Garzena was loaned to Vicenza, before returning to Juventus for the 1961/62 season.

Subsequent Career and Retirement

After leaving Juventus, Garzena went on to represent Modena, Napoli, and Ivrea, where he eventually ended his playing career. The renowned defender passed away peacefully at his Turin home in 2024, at the age of 91.
