Early Life and EducationCarlton Cuse was born on March 22, 1959, in Mexico City. While born in Mexico, Cuse spent his formative years in Boston and Orange County, California. He attended The Putney School and later went on to study American History at Harvard University, where he earned his degree.
Film Career Beginnings
Cuse began his career in feature films as an assistant producer. He eventually partnered with screenwriter Jeffrey Boam, and together they contributed to films such as "Lethal Weapon 2," "Lethal Weapon 3," and "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade."
Television Breakthrough
Cuse made his transition to television by working on Michael Mann's "Crime Story." He went on to co-create and executive produce the critically acclaimed series "The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr."
