Soon after, she was named Playboy's Miss April 2003. Her success continued as she appeared in the 2005 calendar 'Playmates at Play at the Playboy Mansion,' representing the month of March. Wrestling and Scandal

In 2004, DeCesare ventured into a new field by participating in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) competitions. Initially, she aimed to become the WWE Diva of 2004, but she later got involved in storyline conflicts, notably with another contestant, Christy Hemme. Their feud culminated in a lingerie pillow fight, a common event in women's wrestling.

However, DeCesare faced personal turmoil when she was accused of assaulting Kristen Hine in a local bar on September 10, 2004. While she was acquitted of the primary charge on January 12, 2005, she was found guilty of violating a restraining order. The court sentenced her to one year of probation, a $150 fine, and 24 hours of community service. DeCesare attributed the conflict to her boyfriend at the time, Jeff Garcia, a player for the Cleveland Browns, who had been involved in a romantic relationship with Hine.

Personal Life and Philanthropy

Despite the scandal, DeCesare's relationship with Garcia remained strong. They tied the knot on April 21, 2007, in San Martin, California. The couple welcomed their first child on April 28, 2008, followed by a son in June 2009, a second son on September 21, 2010, and a second daughter in December 2011.

In May 2007, Garcia stated that DeCesare would likely distance herself from Playboy and her past as a married woman. While it is unclear how DeCesare feels about her past, she has shifted her focus towards philanthropy. She currently serves as the Vice President of the Garcia Pass It On Foundation, a charitable project founded by her husband, Jeff Garcia.

In 2008, DeCesare had the opportunity to appear in another swimsuit-themed special issue, this time for 'Sports Illustrated.' Her appearance in the magazine showcased her role as a professional athlete's spouse rather than a professional model.
