Cynthia Dicker is a Brazilian model of German origin. She was born in Campo Bom, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. In 2001, while at a local shopping center, she caught the attention of a talent scout, which marked the beginning of her modeling career.

Modeling Career

Since then, Dicker has appeared in numerous notable advertising campaigns. She has been seen in shows such as Ann Taylor and Yves Saint Laurent, as well as on the covers of popular fashion magazines including Elle, Madame Figaro, Brazilian Vogue, and Brazilian Teen Vogue. Dicker has also worked with fashion brands such as Gucci and Baby Phat. Her most recent project was the 'HIP' cosmetics line by L'Oreal Paris. There are rumors that Dicker will be one of the models for the upcoming Victoria's Secret fashion show.

In 2004, Dicker expressed her desire to become an actress in the future during an interview with 'Fashion TV Video'. She also admitted to being homesick. It was in the same year that she finally gained attention and recognition in the fashion industry. She appeared on the cover of Italian Glamour in January and was invited to shows by Benjamin Cho, Badgley Mischka, and Jay Mendoza in February. Craig McDean also photographed Dicker for Yves Saint Laurent. Additionally, she appeared on the cover of Italian 'D' magazine and the fall issue of '10', and was hired for a Benetton advertising campaign. Dicker also made it into the editorial column of Italian Marie Claire and achieved her best result of the year by appearing on the cover of French Elle.

Continued Success

The year 2005 was equally successful for Dicker. She became the official face of DSquared2 and Moschino Jeans, appearing on the covers of Italian 'D' and Brazilian Vogue. She was once again featured in the editorial section of Marie Claire and walked the runways for Derek Lam, Salvatore Ferragamo, Bottega Veneta, Moschino, and Betsy Johnson.

L'Oreal and Beyond

In 2006, Dicker signed a contract with L'Oreal and predominantly worked with the brand throughout the following year. Later on, she continued to work independently, participating in various fashion shows and appearing in fashion magazines.
