Early Life and EducationDalvin Shcherbakov, a renowned Russian actor, was born on August 26, 1938, in the city of Taiga, Kemerovo Oblast. He was cast in the leading role of Pavel Afanasyev, a brigade leader in the movie "First Trolleybus" directed by Isidor Annensky.
