Biography of Debralee Lorenzana
Debralee Lorenzana, a former employee of Citibank, was dismissed for being excessively sexy. It should be noted that Debralee Lorenzana is an extremely beautiful woman. Standing at 170 cm tall and weighing 56 kg, she has smooth bronze skin and beautiful brown eyes. Lorenzana herself believes that she always strictly adhered to the dress code and never allowed herself any liberties in her attire.

Early Career
Debralee Lorenzana started working at the New York branch of Citibank in September 2008. According to her, shortly after being hired, her branch manager and his assistant began making inappropriate comments about her appearance and the way she dressed. As a result, she had to approach management and request a transfer to another Citibank branch. During the waiting period for the transfer, she was relieved of some of her duties. The situation repeated itself at the new location, as her appearance did not meet the general standards. In August 2009, Lorenzana was fired. Officially, she was terminated due to her alleged inability to perform her duties. However, she believed that her dismissal was a result of discrimination.

Legal Battle
Lorenzana considered her dismissal a personal insult and sexual harassment, so she hired a lawyer. The management of the company denies all her allegations. Nevertheless, Lorenzana filed a lawsuit against Citibank. Her attorney claimed that his client was fired because her bosses "couldn't control their libido." Interestingly, he added that Debralee Lorenzana, the daughter of a Puerto Rican and an Italian, "would even look extremely seductive in a burka." Debralee did not deny that she had a passion for beautiful clothes. She always preferred clothing from well-known designers and her closets were full of outfits from Burberry, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, and Roberto Cavalli. She stated that she never forgot about fashion but always dressed within the boundaries of the official dress code. However, she questioned whether she needed to gain weight and change her appearance to fit in with her colleagues.

Current Situation
Debralee and her lawyer are confident in their righteousness and intend to pursue the case. However, the lawsuit was not accepted for consideration, as the previously signed contract with Citibank stipulates that such disputes should be resolved in arbitration, which deals with civil cases. The bank's response was that they do not consider this dispute important or significant and believe they can easily defend themselves in court.

It is worth noting that Debralee risks losing her new job today, as she violated the unwritten code of conduct for bank employees. However, an outraged Lorenzana is no longer afraid, as she feels she is in the right. In an interview, she stated, "Where I come from, women wear makeup and get manicures just to go to the supermarket. I grew up in a Latin spirit. Puerto Rican women take care of themselves."
