Yuriy Mankasov: A Ukrainian Actor and Television Host
Early Life and EducationYuriy Mankasov was born into a family of military engineers and teachers in Krivoy Rog, Ukraine. He attended Gymnasium No. 95, where he developed a passion for performing arts. Together with his classmate, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, he joined the student theater "Bezprizornik" and studied law at the Kryvyi Rih Economic Institute of Kyiv National Economic University.
KVN Career
During his university days, Mankasov formed the KVN team "Narhoz" and later played in "Zaporozhye-Kryvyi Rih-Transit." In 1997, he co-founded the legendary "95 Kvartal" team with Zelenskyy and Alexander Pikalov. As part of "95 Kvartal," Mankasov competed in the Ukrainian Open KVN League and the Higher League of KVN from 1999 to 2003.
Television Career
Mankasov became a television host on the Inter channel, co-presenting the "Family Size" program with Olena Kravets. He also captained the Krivoy Rog team in the "Battle of Ukrainian Cities" show. In 2013, he left "95 Kvartal" to pursue a solo career.
Personal Life
Mankasov has two younger twin brothers, Vlad and Stas. He is in a common-law relationship with Anastasia.
