The Transformation into a Tiger

Avner began his transformation experiments in the mid-1980s, and his first artist was Larry Hanks from San Diego, who did extensive work on Dennis's face. To achieve the appearance of a stalking tiger, Avner had stripes imitating a tiger's pattern all over his body. Additionally, he underwent surgical procedures to split his upper lip, giving his face a more feline appearance. Avner's teeth were also filed to resemble those of a cat, and he had implants in his forehead. He inserted long plastic whiskers into special tunnels around his mouth and wore green contact lenses with cat-like pupils to enhance his resemblance to a member of the feline family. Furthermore, Avner had his eyes surgically narrowed and his ears shortened and sharpened with the help of surgeons. To complete his transformation, he received silicone injections in various parts of his face, including his cheeks, chin, and forehead.
