Early Career and Palmeiras
Cavalieri's professional debut came on June 24, 2002, during a Campeonato Paulista match with Palmeiras. His impressive performances continued throughout his time at Palmeiras, where he made 33 appearances in the Brazilian Championship, conceding 47 goals.
Move to Liverpool
On July 11, 2008, Cavalieri's career took a significant turn when he signed a four-year contract with Liverpool. Estimated to be worth around three million pounds, this transfer made Cavalieri the third Brazilian to join the Merseyside club, following in the footsteps of Fábio Aurélio and Lucas Leiva.
