Early Life and Military Service
Born in Ruzhin, Ukraine, Dmitry graduated from the Kiev Military Medical College. He served in the Soviet Army from 1969 to 1972, excelling as a master of sports in Greco-Roman wrestling.
Medical Career
After completing his military service, Dmitry pursued a medical degree from the Pirogov Moscow Medical Institute. He completed his doctorate and held faculty positions, serving as Dean of the Department of Educational Work.
In the 1980s, Dmitry co-founded the "Healthy Family" cooperative, a multidisciplinary medical center specializing in various health issues.
Emigration and Pharmaceutical Leadership
In 1989, Dmitry emigrated to the United States. He joined the Wyeth pharmaceutical company, becoming the Coordinator for Eastern Europe and Head of Scientific Relations with the CIS countries.
Private Medical Ventures
After leaving Wyeth in 2002, Dmitry established private medical businesses in the United States and former Soviet Union. He opened clinics in New York, Miami, and Russia, collaborating with prominent figures in the healthcare industry.
