Ekaterina Kuznetsova, a beloved actress known for her role in the cult TV series "Kitchen," has played many roles, changed professions, and is fluent in three languages. She has lived in three different countries. Born on July 12, 1987, in Kiev, Ekaterina Kuznetsova comes from a sports family. Her father is the famous football player Oleg Kuznetsov, who played for Kiev's "Dynamo" and the Soviet national team, and later became the coach of the Ukrainian national football team. Her mother, Alla Borisenko, was a successful athlete in track and field but left the sport to focus on her family.

In 1990, the Kuznetsov family moved to Scotland, where Oleg Vladimirovich played for the team "Glasgow Rangers." Katya attended a local kindergarten and school, where she learned to speak English fluently. When she turned seven, she returned to Kiev with her parents and continued her education in Ukrainian. Her parents tried to introduce her to sports, and she participated in fencing, tennis, and even played as a goalkeeper for a girls' football team. However, her energetic personality and scatterbrained nature prevented her from pursuing a career in sports. Her attempts at dancing and crafts were also not successful.
