In 1985, she embarked on a dual career as the lead vocalist of the band "Eighth Wonder" and as a film and television actress. Later Career and Personal Life

In 2004, Kensit joined the cast of the soap opera "Emmerdale," portraying the character Sadie King. She also made regular appearances on the British sketch show "Bo' Selecta!" and its spin-off series "A Bear's Tail." Her success in the soap opera and her portrayal of "super-bitch" characters rekindled the attention of British audiences.

From October 2006 onwards, Kensit played the role of Senior Nurse Faye Morton in the series "Holby City." Her last film appearance was in Paul Matthews' "Magic Door" in 2007.

Kensit has been married four times, all to musicians. Her first husband, in 1988, was Dan Donovan from the band "Big Audio Dynamite." In 1992, she married Jim Kerr, the lead vocalist of "Simple Minds," and they had a son named James. Her third husband, in 1997, was Liam Gallagher from the successful English band "Oasis," and they had a son named Lennon, named after John Lennon. Kensit's career reportedly stalled during her marriage to Gallagher, causing her emotional distress. Following their divorce, Kensit openly admitted to having breast augmentation surgery. She has three tattoos, one of which she modified to replace her ex-husband Liam's name with her son Lennon's name.

Despite setbacks in her personal life, Kensit announced her fourth marriage to DJ Jeremy Healy on November 29, 2007. However, the wedding was called off due to a mutual falling out. They eventually married on April 18, 2009.
