Surprise Victory and Mixed Feelings

When Elizaveta was announced as the winner of "MasterChef," she couldn't believe her ears. Despite giving her best and facing tough competition, she felt overwhelmed by the honor. She had strong competitors like Tanya Nemerovets, and the announcement of her victory left her in shock.

Sharing the Joy with Loved Ones

Elizaveta immediately called her father, who was not present at the finale, to share the exciting news. Her father was shocked and couldn't comprehend her decision to give up a stable and well-paying job as a leading makeup artist for a renowned cosmetic brand in Kiev to pursue a career as a chef. Elizaveta's passion for cooking was evident even during the show, as she not only excelled in the kitchen but also helped other contestants with their makeup.

Learning to Minimize Waste

Throughout the show, Elizaveta learned the importance of minimizing waste. She started making conscious efforts to use only the necessary amount of ingredients and avoided unnecessary cutting or washing. However, she admitted making mistakes, such as ruining a batch of chicken when cooking chicken Kiev, and even regretted not using an expensive piece of tuna out of fear of spoiling it.

Challenging Moments on the Show

Elizaveta faced numerous challenging moments during the show, especially when her dishes didn't turn out as expected. She strived for perfection and felt disappointed when her creations didn't impress the judges. One of the most memorable challenges was cooking multiple dishes for 20 contestants from the first season of "MasterChef" in just two hours. Another stressful situation was preparing meals for 50 top chefs in Ukraine, as she felt the immense responsibility of impressing the best of the best.

Confronting Fears and Overcoming Challenges

Elizaveta's determination to become a professional chef led her to face her fears head-on. Although she found it difficult, she managed to kill live frogs as part of a cooking challenge and even cooked them despite her initial panic. She believed that being a chef required mastering such skills and conquering personal limitations. However, she confessed that she would never touch a snake.

Unappetizing Experiences and Culinary Surprises

Elizaveta recalled the most unappealing food she had to eat during the show: zoophobus worms. The texture and taste were repulsive, but she acknowledged that when prepared differently, such as pureed into a paste, they could be surprisingly delicious. She had a particularly unpleasant experience with a rabbit terrine that had a strong, unpleasant odor, despite her efforts to find the hidden appeal in the dish.

Future Plans and Culinary Dreams

Elizaveta plans to use part of her prize money to study at the esteemed "Le Cordon Bleu" academy in Paris and specialize in French pastry. She also dreams of opening a unique pastry shop and coffeehouse, combining her love for baking and coffee. Her future establishment will offer a new concept that doesn't exist in Ukraine yet, bringing together the art of pastry and the coziness of a coffeehouse.

Changed Feelings and Tragic Past

During the show, Elizaveta developed a brief romantic interest in one of the contestants, but her feelings changed over time. Looking back, she realized that her heart led her in the right direction. Elizaveta has also faced a tragic loss in her life - the death of her child. Although it was a devastating experience, she found solace in her love for cooking. Cooking became an outlet for her unfulfilled maternal feelings, and she decided to pursue it professionally.

Passion for Cooking and Avoiding Routine

Elizaveta's passion for cooking keeps her motivated and prevents her from falling into a routine. While she may get frustrated when things don't go as planned, she always manages to regroup and focus on the dish at hand. As she aspires to become a chef, she aims to maintain her creativity, constantly improving menus and introducing new dishes to avoid the monotony often associated with cooking.

New Year Celebrations and Future Dreams

For Elizaveta, New Year is a family celebration. She plans to spend it in Kiev with her sister, her sister's husband, and possibly her parents. They will enjoy a menu that includes roasted duck in orange sauce, along with several appetizers, salads, and a light dessert. Elizaveta aims to create a unique experience, replacing traditional New Year dishes like Olivier salad and "shuba" salad with her own creations.

Elizaveta's ultimate dream is to escape to a warm destination after the show, yearning for the sun, sand, and the sea. She hopes to find a balance between her culinary aspirations and personal happiness in the coming years.
