Early Life and EducationErmakhan Ibraimov was born on January 1, 1972, in the Zhambyl region of the Kazakh SSR. As a young boy, he began training in boxing under the tutelage of renowned coach G. F. Rozhkov.
Amateur Boxing Career
Ibraimov made his mark on the amateur boxing scene as a master of sport of the USSR in 1988. He later achieved the prestigious title of master of sport of international class, and in 2000, he was recognized as a заслуженный мастер спорта (honored master of sport) of Kazakhstan for his exceptional achievements in boxing.
