Eva Leonidovna Polna (Polnaya) is a Russian singer and former member of the music group "Guests from the Future." Born on May 19, 1975, she has been dominating the charts for over two decades with her unique talent and unconventional image. Polna inherited her distinctive surname from her father, who was of Polish descent, and spent much of her childhood visiting his homeland. She developed a love for reading, particularly in the science fiction genre, and was also fascinated by science, regularly watching the TV show "Obvious - Incredible" hosted by Sergey Kapitsa.

Polna grew up in a household with an old piano, and she learned to play and sing. However, her main passion, alongside her studies, was studying choreography. Her favorite singer was Ella Fitzgerald, her favorite dancer was Anna Pavlova, and her favorite actor was Vladimir Konkin.

She also started writing lyrics for the songs and designing costumes and stage images. The group's first album, titled "Through Hundreds of Years," was recorded in a home studio overnight and had a limited release. Initially, the six songs on the album had an unusual sound and were not immediately embraced by listeners. However, after the well-known DJ Groove approved the demo version of the song "Vremya Pesok" and played it on the radio, it unexpectedly topped the charts. This led to the group's first live performance on March 8, 1998, and marked the official founding date of the group. Their new songs were released as the album "Vremya Pesok."

Despite the early success, "Guests from the Future" remained popular among a limited audience. Usachev left the group, and Usachev decided to shift their musical direction towards dance-pop. Their breakthrough came with the song "Begi Ot Menya," which became a hit due to its catchy and seductive lyrics combined with a romantic performance style. The song received extensive airplay and topped the charts, and "Guests from the Future" relocated to Moscow. They signed a contract with producer Evgeny Orlov, released several music videos, and the album "Begi Ot Menya." The band's popularity continued to grow, and they won numerous awards, including the prestigious "Golden Gramophone."

In 2001, Polna publicly came out as bisexual, which sparked widespread discussion in the country. Despite the attention on her personal life, she continued to date both men and women and eventually became a mother to two children. In 2005, she gave birth to her daughter Evelina, and in 2007, she had another daughter, Amalia. Polna did not officially disclose the fathers of her children until many years later.

In 2009, it was officially announced that "Guests from the Future" had disbanded, and Polna would pursue a solo career. Her solo music career has been highly successful, with hits such as "Mirages," "Je T'aime," and "Ves Mir Na Ladoni Moey." She has continued to release albums and perform live concerts, captivating her audience with her talent and unique style. In 2014, she presented her debut solo album, "Poet Lyubov," which received critical acclaim.
