Early Life and EducationBorn on 31st July 1971 in London, Eve Best received her name later in life as a pseudonym after learning that another Emily Best was already registered with the British Actors' Equity Association. In 2005, her performance in "Hedda Gabler" won her a Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress.
Her Broadway debut in "A Moon for the Misbegotten" in 2006 was another critical and commercial success, earning her a Drama Desk Award and nominations for Tony and Laurence Olivier Awards.
