Born on April 19, 1932, in Ganja, Azerbaijan, Kesamanly completed his Master's degree in Physics from the S.M. Kirov Azerbaijan State University in 1955. His academic journey continued at the Institute of Physics and Mathematics of the Academy of Sciences of the Azerbaijan SSR, where he obtained his doctorate in physics and completed his post-graduate studies.
