Felipe Colombo is an Argentine actor and singer, best known for his role as Manuel Aguirre in the popular youth series "Rebelde Way". He was also a member of the pop group Erreway, along with other main characters from the TV show.
Early Life and Family
Felipe Colombo Eguía was born on January 8, 1983 in Mexico City, Mexico. He is the son of renowned Mexican actor Juan Carlos Colombo and Argentine actress Patricia Eguía. Felipe has a sister and a brother.
Career
Felipe's first role was in the series "Detvora". He then landed the role of Manuel Aguirre, a Mexican who moves to Buenos Aires, in the series "Rebelde Way". This role brought him great success, but even more success came from his involvement in the pop group Erreway. Felipe also appeared in the film "4 Caminos" alongside his Erreway colleagues Camila Bordonaba, Benjamin Rojas, and Luisana Lopilato.
Personal Life
Felipe had a romantic relationship with his former colleague from the group and the series "Rebelde Way", Luisana Lopilato. Their relationship lasted for three years before they broke up due to a tape that was aired. The hidden camera footage showed Felipe and Luisana engaged in passionate kisses. After the breakup, Felipe had a relationship with model Cecilia Bonelli. He later had a romance with Cecilia Coronado, who gave birth to their daughter, Aurora, on November 3, 2009.
