Early Life and Career

Gabriel always had a passion for performing, even from a young age. He stood out among his peers with his incredibly loud voice and always sought attention. As a child, he learned to play the guitar and admired television stars. Eventually, he decided to pursue a career in acting.

He spent two years studying medicine before realizing that his true calling was the stage. Gabriel attended acting courses and in 1983, he embarked on a tour with the Experimental Theater of Argentina. However, he faced financial difficulties during this time, barely making enough money to survive.

In 1987, Gabriel's luck changed when he was invited to participate in a new project for the 9th channel just before a theater festival in Havana. At that time, television actors were not highly regarded, and working in television was considered a shame by many theater actors. Gabriel, however, disregarded these conventions and helped popularize the profession of a television actor.

Television Career

Gabriel made his television debut in 1987, in the show "Quiero morir mañana." His breakthrough role came five years later in the telenovela "Princesa." Since then, he has appeared in a new film or television series almost every year.

Some of his notable projects include "Manuela," "Primer Amor," "Perla Negra," "Zíngara," "Milady, la historia continúa," and "Hombre de Mar." Gabriel considers his role in "Máximo corazón" to be his most successful work.

Many Argentine actors choose to live and work in Spain, and Gabriel was no exception. He left America in November 1998 to film the weekly series "Mediterráneo" in the coastal town of Estepona. He returned briefly to Argentina in 2000 for the program "Luna salvaje" before going back to Spain.

Gabriel is also occasionally invited to work in Italy, where he is recognized as a television presenter. His programs have been highly successful, as he skillfully combines his acting talent with hosting skills. His shows have featured notable guests, including Claudia Schiffer.

Personal Life and Future Plans

Despite his busy schedule, Gabriel always finds time for his family. He has been married to businesswoman Constanza Feraud since March 10, 1989, and they have three children together: Lucas Andres, Maria Lucia, and Clara.

Gabriel has emphasized that his family is the most valuable and important thing in his life. He has no plans to retire in the near future. When he does eventually retire, he dreams of settling down in Argentina or Sicily and dedicating as much time as possible to his children and grandchildren.
