A Brazilian Boy without Both Feet
Looking at this Brazilian boy playing soccer with other children, it is hard to immediately notice what is wrong with him. Yes, from birth, he does not have both feet. But what has this actually prevented him from doing? Playing soccer? Not at all! Dreaming of world football championships? Not at all. As he enthusiastically runs with his soccer ball, his parents and doctors can only shake their heads in disbelief. Gabriel Muniz lives in the Brazilian city of Campos dos Goytacazes, Brazil. He is 12 years old and has been born without feet. Gabriel came into the world different from everyone else - his legs were underdeveloped and his feet did not form. However, this did not stop the little boy from learning how to walk before he even turned one year old. In general, Gabriel grew up lively and active. His mother later said it was incredible; they never expected Gabriel to be able to move independently, but this child performed miracles and started walking before he even learned to speak.

A Passion for Football
Like all Brazilian boys, Gabriel loved football from a very young age. The absence of feet did not keep him away from the football field. Gabriel started kicking the ball with his friends, and over the years, his passion for the game only grew. It seems incredible how a boy without feet can play football. After all, the word "foot" is already embedded in the name of the game, "football." But it turns out that anything is possible, and Gabriel, despite not having feet, looks great on the football field - he runs, passes, and dribbles, not inferior to his peers.

A Dream of Becoming a Professional Footballer
Today, Gabriel Muniz dreams of becoming a professional football player, and with every training session, he gets closer to his dream - his skills are improving. He has prosthetics, but Gabriel finds it much more convenient to move without them, especially when it comes to playing football. When articles about the remarkable boy without feet appeared in the Brazilian and international press, he became known even at the famous football club, Barcelona. Soon, Gabriel was invited to a training camp, where the happy boy met real Spanish football stars. He also had the chance to meet the legendary Argentine Lionel Messi, and now he proudly shows photos of himself with the Best Player of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

A Determined and Self-Assured Boy
Gabriel Muniz has already made up his mind about his future - he wants to be a football player. He is confident in his abilities. The absence of feet has not hindered him from walking, playing football, and it certainly will not stop him from realizing his dream. At the age of 12, this boy is remarkably determined and self-assured. He says, "If there is one thing I cannot do, it is fly." Watching Gabriel Muniz skillfully play with the ball, one begins to think that he really is capable of anything. He can be called anything but disabled - there is nothing in him that fits the conventional definition of the word. Gabriel is still too young to ponder deep matters; he lives happily with his football. However, all his teachers and doctors have reevaluated their outlook on life with amazement. It turns out that all the limitations that people face are only limited by our minds. And meanwhile, a living example of this thesis - a boy without feet - joyfully runs with a ball on the football field.
